Rella Records was conceived in 2003 by New York City-based
singer-songwriter Larissa Jaye, as the musical division of her
creative arts production company, Raw Umberella Productions.
Now in its fourth calendar year, Rella is anticipating big events
in 2007, including the long-awaited release of Jaye’s
first full-length studio album, New Leaves Over, which
follows the 2006 release of her special edition single, "All
This Empty Sky," a
benefit tribute to 9/11.
Rella Records, also home to Jaye’s publishing company, Baby Rellaphant
Music (ASCAP), is currently in exclusive partnership with Larissa Jaye, but looks
toward the future expansion of its independent artist roster.
