factors, including independent rehearsal time, travel time, and event
time. The following
is a general guide only; pricing varies due to the exact details of
your event. Additional charges may apply for expenses such as sheet
music
(if necessary)
and
travel costs.

All clients receive an initial
consultation either by phone or by email. Clients for commissioned songs
will have several consultations
with one or more of our artists and will be asked to share pertinent
information and relevant personal anecdotes in order to best serve the
commissioned song. All clients will be asked to provide detailed directions
to the event location, as well as full payment by cash or check, at least
two weeks
in advance of the event. Clients will also be asked to provide some knowledge
of the event venue which may include the following:

| Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 1 month (30 days) prior to the event date are not responsible for making payment. Cancellations less than one month (30 days) prior to the event date are still responsible for payment equal to half (50%) of the originally agreed-upon total charge. Cancellations less than two weeks (14 days) prior to the event date are still responsible for three-quarters (75%) of the originally agreed-upon total charge. Cancellations less than one week (7 days) prior to the event date are still responsible for payment in full. |
